Several cast members from the long-running anthology horror series reunited on stage at the Disney Upfront 2026 event, giving fans their first proper look at what’s coming next. Sarah Paulson, Emma Roberts, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Billie Lourd, and Gabourey Sidibe all appeared on the FX panel — and they weren’t alone.
In one of the evening’s standout moments,Paul Anthony Kelly was officially welcomed to the cast via an unmasking on stage, confirming his place in the upcoming season.
FX offered a tantalising tease of what Season 13 has in store, leaning into the show’s legacy of revisiting its most iconic horrors: “We’ve passed through a murder house, a coven of witches, a circus of horrors, a cursed hotel and the apocalypse itself. Which iconic terrors will return to haunt us? And what new horrors will we witness? Light your candles and paint your pentagram. A supreme surprise is on the way.”
Created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, American Horror Story has spent over a decade redefining the horror genre, and Season 13 looks set to continue that tradition with a promising mix of familiar faces and fresh scares.
